Throughout every Riviera Travel holiday, you’ll be accompanied by an experienced tour manager, whose sole mission is to ensure you have a superb time. They play several roles most adeptly: a group leader who works tirelessly to oversee every single detail, a destination expert able to offer revealing insights into local life, and a thoughtful friend ready to listen and lend a hand when needed – nothing is too much trouble for these seasoned travellers.
Customers have described our tour managers as knowledgeable, kind, well-organised and resourceful, as well as having a great sense of humour and a genuine passion for the places we visit. Many have been with us for more than a decade, some even two. For them, being a tour manager is not just a job – it’s a passion, and you’ll learn far more from them than you would any guidebook.
We are very proud of our large team of tour managers who come from a variety of backgrounds. Every year we receive an enormous amount of applications for this interesting and demanding role, and though we are not currently recruiting our requirements may change. The ability to speak other languages pertinent to our destinations is an advantage, although not a pre-requisite.
