My sister and I recently visited Krakow with Riviera Travel. I had difficulty printing off the e tickets to fly from Birmingham with Ryan Air but the Riviera office staff were very helpful and I think this was the airlines problem. From landing in Kraków to departing everything ran like clockwork. Andy even walked the group into the old city on our first night. He provided excellent written information and was always ready to answer any questions. An excellent tour leader. The hotel was very good and in a great location, with lovely staff. Our only comment would be that you have to be fairly fit to enjoy this tour especially the Salt Mine as many steps are necessary.
Thank you Riviera for another wonderful tour
