1. Rhine Cruise to Switzerland

   I would like to express my sincere thanks to all staff on board The Lord Byron.  Staff were so pleasant and helpful, the standard of hygiene was of a very high standard and food delicious.  I had a health issue and the staff concerned were superb , went beyond call of duty to help me. I have been recommending this holiday to friends and have no hesitation in recommending Riviera Travel.  Thank you to everyone at office and on board ship.

2. Lake Como, St Moritz & the Bernina Express Tour

   I celebrated a special birthday during our recent trip with Riviera Travel. Myself, my husband and two friends travelled to Italy on your Lake Como ,St Moritz &  Bernina Express tour. All I can say is wow!!! What a wonderful trip and one I will always remember. Our tour guide Deborah was exceptional and really made our trip. Her knowledge and great personality were amazing. The tours were well organised and our coach drivers really had their work cut out with the very narrow roads around the lake. We had an upgrade to a lake view room and it was well worth it for the spectacular views we had every time we looked out our windows.  This is a trip I would highly recommend.

3. Dubrovnik, the Dalmatian Coast & Montenegro Tour

   Thank-you Riviera for a fantastic holiday in Croatia. I returned only three days ago from an extremely well run and well thought-out tour of the Dalmatian coast with visits to Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro. The tour combines lovely coastal resorts with visits to historic towns and cities and a visit to a beautiful national park. The tour has the right balance of organised tours and free time, particularly in Dubrovnik where there is so much to see and do. And a good taste of the three countries is a good achievement in a seven-day tour.
   Both hotels - the Plaza in Omis and the Argosy in Dubrovnik - were excellent and obviously carefully chosen. Both are very comfortable and well-run with excellent food and facilities.
   Many thanks to Dino the coach driver who drove us everywhere carefully and safely. And thanks most of all to your guide Tihana - she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as entertaining, and carefully and kindly looked after Riviera’s holidaymakers. Obviously well-chosen, she’s a credit to the company.
   Thank-you again Riviera for an excellent and well-run holiday.

4. Vietnam & Cambodia Tour

   I had an amazing time on my trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. The tour was jam packed with all the highlights of both countries and I’ll never forget it! The local guides were fantastic but special mention must go to the riviera rep, Marthese.  She did a fab job and deserves 10 out of 10! Thank you to all involved.

5. Burgundy, the River Rhone & Provence River Cruise

   Rating the tour for accommodation, food and service on a scale of 1 to 10 we would rate this as 12!. It was excellent in every aspect. But a special mention must be made for the Riviera tour representatives Tony and Mandy who went beyond the call of duty to see to the wants and needs of those on the tour. Of the 130 or so on the tour most were over the age of 60 which could have been problematic, but both Tony and Mandy ensured that everything went well, which it did. Well done and we will definitely use Riviera again.
