1. Sicily Tour

   First visit to Sicily. Brilliant tour, Hotels very good. Nothing one could find of which to be critical. Holiday made special by the wit, knowledge and attention of Rosario , the tour manager.

2. Dubrovnik, the Dalmatian Coast & Montenegro Tour

   Very many thanks for a superb holiday, both from the point of view of all the tours, hotels which were in excellent locations,  and of a very good standard especially the one at Omis as the staff there were brilliant and everything was perfect.  Thanks also goes to all the efforts of both Kevin our Tour Manager and Neno our driver during this holiday. Kevin’s professionalism and efficiency enabled us to enjoy the holiday as we so appreciated all the knowledge he imparted. His pleasant attitude coupled with his handling of all the details of the holiday made us feel that we are well taken care of. We were kept informed of all details in a very cheerful and pleasant way and noticed that Kevin was always at hand for any questions we had.
   Neno was also very pleasant and his driving made our time on board the coach a very enjoyable experience. His patience and calmness ensured a smooth drive round the different routes during our holiday.
   Both Kevin and Neno have proved to be a great asset to Riviera Holidays and a positive incentive for us to recommend this tour to our friends and family.

3. Burgundy, the River Rhone & Provence River Cruise

   This was a very enjoyable river cruise in every respect. The weather was good, the facilities on board Swiss Corona were genuinely 5-star and the food excellent. The crew were always cheerful, efficient and willing to attend to every need.
   This area of Burgundy and the Rhone is a hotbed of Roman history and culture and this was reflected in the daily excursions. The Pont du Gard was outstanding.
   Our Tour Director, Tony, and Tour Manager, Mandy, were always on hand to answer questions and give information on upcoming trips, etc.
   Altogether, a trip to be recommended.

4. Grand Tour of China

   A truly memorable tour, superbly lead by Tihana, who excelled in all aspects. This was a “full on”  tour and I think everybody was pretty tied by the end, but the early starts to avoid the crowds and four internal flights were a small price to pay for what we saw and came to understand about China and its people. Horror stories about having to live off ducks heads and chickens feet were completely dispelled with the choice and quality of food and drink excellent throughout. Our accommodation was excellent with staff extremely polite and helpful. The trip of a lifetime. Would highly recommend.

5. Sicily Tour

   This was pretty special. I had never been to Sicily which was a revelation.
   The hotels were just great with superb food. The tour manager Rosario was simply wonderful, clever, entertaining and very reassuring. The driver was safe and very careful.
   I want to go back.
