We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience - from being collected at Los Angeles airport to being dropped at San Francisco airport - and the flights too.
The tour was well organised and ran very smoothly- enhanced greatly by Linda, our Tour Manager and our bus driver Alan. We were entertained on the journeys - not only with relevant information about where we were passing through and where we were going, but with personal stories and experiences from them both which made the day’s travels fun. Both had a great sense of humour and the entire experience was fab.
The scenery is stunning - no one can describe that first sighting of the Grand Canyon - cannot recommend the helicopter ride enough.
Bryce Canyon was mind blowing - my personal favourite.
Las Vegas is beyond belief - our first visit there and a real eye opener. The hotels were mad!
We were one of the new tours to have 5 hours to spend in Yosemite - we had beautiful weather and the time there flew by- so many amazing walks and waterfalls. A good move to increase the time there I think.
All the hotels were great - clean and well-equipped and maintained - we even had a fun Karaoke evening with the locals!
We had plenty of comfort and coffee breaks whilst on the coach and this made long journeys seem much shorter.
I would recommend this trip in a heartbeat. I am sure all the Tour Managers are fantastic, but Linda really made the holiday interesting and fun - she is a gem to be kept hold of!!

Price Includes
The price of this holiday is per person, based on two people sharing a twin room with single rooms available at the relevant supplement. Price includes scheduled direct flights to Los Angeles and returning from San Francisco; all transfers; thirteen nights’ accommodation on room only basis in three and four-star hotels and four continental breakfasts; all tours and National Park entrance fees as mentioned; hotel porterage of one item of luggage per person; the services of a Rivera Travel tour manager.
Included excursions are: guided city tours of Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco. Visits to Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Zion Park and Yosemite National Park and Las Vegas.
Not included: There are several optional excursions available during this tour which are to be arranged with the tour manager in resort. You will be advised of these and the relevant prices within your final travel documents.
